RRAS
- Return/Repair Administration System
(This product is currently being enhanced to support Windows XP and Microsoft's
.NET environment along with expansion for Windows 2003)
RRAS manages information on the authorization and repair of returned
goods. It maintains data on customers, customer history, customer numbers,
products, and parts. It keeps track of repairs, and all records can be searched
by customer name or number, item number, serial number, and return number.
Records are archived automatically, and customizable look-up fields are utilized,
letting the user modify problem codes, shipping methods, and others. The system
prints various reports as well as shipping and receiving forms. Reports can
also be exported to spreadsheet and text files for further analysis or reporting
functionality.

RRAS needs a 486 or better system with at least 8MB of RAM and 25MB
hard drive space. The Mac version needs 8MB of RAM and 25MB hard drive space.
The program runs on Windows 3.1 and Windows 95 as well as Macintosh OS 7.x.
MSI provides full support of RRAS.
